“When counseling, I try to make sure I am personalizing my recommendations to the best of my ability. Everyone is an individual and has different needs. I emphasis educating my clients with the most accurate science based information, setting realistic goals, and formulating a road map to guide them to their goals. Many times simply providing information to people does not ensure success as I believe many people already have a wealth of knowledge. As a Dietitian, I feel it is equally important to put a plan in place for people to put that knowledge to work and to motivate and support my them along the way.”

I didn’t realize until then, how personal food was to me. Also, thinking about John commenting on my diet made me pretty nervous. John was gentle on this front and made me feel comfortable. First thing John did was comment on the things I was doing right. Then, John gave me some terrific and simple ideas to improve my diet….
James, Age 55 (Down more than 50lbs)
In the past, I have started fitness programs and dieting, and once I started to get some results, I would tend to relax. What makes John different is the constant support, enthusiasm and positive attitude that keeps me motivated and engaged. He tailors each session and nutrition plan to my own personal needs, adjusting each session with ideas…
